Petr Cech is featured in The Sun today speaking of a couple of things but has been quick to point out to everyone that Roman Abramovich is as committed to Chelsea now as he has ever been which is great to hear. We all know that there was a spell recently when we never saw Roman at the games as he was "away" which sparked all sorts of rumours about him selling up etc etc.

For anyone who still has that worry in the back of their minds you don't have to worry at all. Cech said:

"December went badly for us and January too, and we've all seen the reaction of our owner - just when it's time to react, he got the chequebook out. It was proof he was still with the club, that he still has the same spirit and ambition for the club as at the very beginning. It was a very positive thing to see.

I know Roman Abramovich quite well, I've been here seven years, he is still present at training sessions, he still comes to our matches. He talks to everyone and we all know we can speak to him if we want it. He is genuinely interested in the game. Chelsea is not a toy for him. Obviously he's happy when we win things, and of course we all want to win the Champions League.

That's the only trophy missing from the Chelsea cabinet."
