TORRES: "I'm here to score goals"

Fernando Torres, speaking to Chelsea TV has spoken of waiting for his first goal in a Chelsea shirt. He said:

I know I'm here to score goals, It's the job of the striker, so hopefully I can score the first and I'm sure it will be the first of many. Trying to settle here, but much better, much better fitness, I felt the other day against Manchester United very good, sharp. So, waiting for the first goal and excited about that possibility. Hopefully, I can score against Blackpool.'

I have to say, after watching his last two games after having a full weeks training to prepare with the rest of the side each time and having another week to prepare for Blackpool on Monday, I am confident that Torres will score for Chelsea sooner rather than later.

Blackpool watch out. It could be against YOU!.
