Carlo on Sunderland.

After Chelsea's impressive win against Sunderland last night, and speaking of a tweak in our formation, Carlo Ancelotti gave his reaction to the Official Website. He said of our performance and of Anelka's deeper position:

'He did play very well in that position, I was very happy with his performance. He was very dangerous in this position. It was difficult for Sunderland to mark him.

We were able to move on and everyone can see Chelsea has come back to play good football, come back to score, come back to use our ability on the pitch.

Manchester United won tonight and are on a run but our aim is to do our best. We won both games away against Bolton and against Sunderland, so we have a lot of possibility to do our best until the end.

I don't know if it is enough to come back to fight for the title. This doesn't depend on us. If Manchester United continue to run it is difficult to close the gap.'
