"I always thought that this was a good squad, I thought this at the start of the season. We were together in agreement that we should put more young players in the squad from the beginning of the season and I maintain this opinion but now it does not look so good. When the season started and we were playing well it was safe to say we never missed them at all. Now things have turned and we have and are struggling everyone is looking for the reason for our slump. For me Josh will take the headlines as he has made the biggest impact this season and made people sit up and take notice. However, I do wonder at times if we still had one or two of the ones that left, if we wouldn't have had the same problems.
I am very happy when I see McEachran play fantastic football and I am very happy when Bruma came back. We don’t want to put them in every game because they don’t have experience but step-by-step they are improving."
