JT - "Unacceptable for a club like this!"

As per Frank Lampard's honest assessment of Chelsea's form of late leading up to the FA Cup victory last weekend, it comes as no surprise that John Terry has also spoken out once again.

Terry, along with Lampard have spoken of our form as unacceptable. There is no question every single one of us can agree. Terry said:

“Our recent performances have not been good enough, we're not playing at the level we can and we're slipping further behind the leaders with every point we drop. That's unacceptable for a club like this, where we expect to win every game and now we have to start to put things right.

We want to go on another run in the FA Cup but we don't want this to be the only trophy we have left to play for come May. This squad should be challenging at the top of the league, winning games and pushing hard in every competition that remains our aim, even if we have gone off course recently.

But, before we start thinking about silverware, we have to concentrate on starting to win games again. The players and the manager are all united in getting past this spell of form.”

Just like Lamps, JT has it spot on in my view.
