Forlan and Godin linked with double Chelsea swoop?

In the Mirror this morning, rumours are also rife that Chelsea are looking to bolster their defensive and attacking options by looking at Diego Godin and Diego Forlan at Athletico Madrid.

Godin is valued at £15m and would provide cover for Alex who remains out for another month. For me I haven't really seen alot of this bloke so would need your opinions for those who have seen him.

For me it's a possible move for Diego Forlan that would be the most exciting. I think being honest we have all been impressed with the amount of goals Forlan has been scoring since he left United. His record in Spain is fantastic and he was one of the stars of the show at this past Summers World Cup.

A striker with fantastic ability and an eye for a goal from all areas of the pitch, this one would really give Chelsea the firepower we have been lacking.

He has always said he was happy in Spain but has recently become unsettled maybe?. He said:

"I'm happy at Atletico, but I was happy at Villarreal and I left."
