Fernando Torres - Yes or No?

In light of the breaking news reported here tonight. I want the Chelsea fans to join me and give your opinion on whether or not Chelsea are right to go after him once more. I personally believe he would be a good signing as all of us have no choice lately to realise that form is only temporary whereas class is permanent.
