Carlo Ancelotti - Do you agree that he is a lucky man?

Carlo spoke ahead of tonight's game and has openly admitted that he is a lucky man to still have a job at Chelsea. He said:

‘I am a lucky man, I understand that a lot of coaches are sacked with results like these. Sunderland was an important game but the main one for losing confidence was Birmingham. We played one of our best matches and lost.

When you go to a restaurant, you have to pay the bill when finish your meal, It’s the same here. We have to pay the bill at the end of the season. At the end the club can judge me. The best food would be the Champions League. I’ve tasted it sometimes and it’s good.

Against Everton we conceded in the 86th minute. We missed a penalty at Tottenham and conceded in the last minute against Aston Villa. We have lost six points in the last minute and with those six points we’d be top of table.

I have to admit there have been times in recent weeks I have woken up and expected more drastic action from Roman and the board but thank god that up till now it hasn't happened.

Maybe it's because of the money Roman has had to pay out to get rid of the likes of Jose, Avram and Scolari that he realises he cannot afford to get rid of Carlo, or it could be that he sees our success of last season, the class of the man and wants to give Carlo time.

I for one am pleased he is still our manager. I have no doubt in my mind he will turn things around.

So once again on here I am asking you the Chelsea fans the question:

Is Carlo a lucky man?
