Frank Lampard: Fingers crossed he plays Sunday!

Chelsea have missed Frank Lampard without question. Some Chelsea fans might not agree with me when they think of all the games he has been missing but for me we have missed him in every game.

You take a 20 goal a season forward out of a side and the team misses him. When you take that 20 goal a season MIDFIELDER out the side you miss him even more!

At times in my opinion we have missed the killer ball or burst into the box from midfield that Lamps has become renowned for. Even the simple way he drops deep to come and get possession to look to play a simple pass or link up with Anelka, Malouda and Drogba has been missing.

Now that Essien is out of the next three games it's my opinion that we need Lampard back as soon as possible.

Carlo has said that he will play on Sunday earlier in the week before the Fulham game but said he wouldn't play the full game. For me anyway, the amount of minutes he could possibly play on Sunday doesn't matter.

It's the fact that he is back!
