The rumours surrounding Alexandre Pato's future and a possible move to Chelsea in the summer are gaining momentum as Milan introduce new financial restrictions within the club.

Its being reported that Milan are introducing a salary cap of £3.5m per year and this could force Pato to move to West London according to the Corriere dello Sport.

A move between £43-£50m is being touted around after Milan reportedly turned down a bid in the region of £39m from Chelsea last Summer. However, with the new salary cap in place its again reported that Milan Vice President Adriano Galliani has agreed to let him go in order to boost the clubs coffers.
