Frank Lampard has spoken ahead of this weekend's games and after the nightmare at the Lane last weekend.
He said:
'It's disappointing, especially with Manchester United's result. When they scored in the last minute it was hard. If they had drawn the game it would have left us in a very healthy position but now it's tighter. We were trying to get back into the game and with the last goal we had a bit of a lift but it's difficult with 10 men. But we have to get on with it now, understand it and not dwell on it because if we win our next three games we win the League.'
The fact of the matter is, he is right. The consolation we have is that its still in our hands despite the defeat and we now have two home games with a trip to Anfield in between. We have to get our heads together this week, regroup and obtain the same level of focus we have had in recent weeks.
I still believe that United could slip up away at Spurs so we just need to remember, as long as we look after our own results then it doesn't matter what United do.
Come on the Chels!
CAREFREE & KTBFFH EVERYONE!
