Ok so today we are back to business in the Premier League with one or two players missing but its still, on paper, another win for Chelsea at the Bridge. Lampard, Drogba, Ballack and Deco are missing through injury but Ashley Cole and John Terry are fit to play which is important. The back five are key to stability in the side and with the injuries we have this will be more important than ever.
But tomorrow will be all about the players who start in midfield for me. No Lampard or Deco then Joe Cole HAS to play. I can see Mikel coming back into the side in the holding role, Essien and Malouda either side with Joe Cole behind the front line. It will give a perfect balance to our side with Essien having experience of playing and covering down the right hand side. Malouda down the left and Mikel suring things up in front of the back five.
Tomorrow could be a HUGE day for Joe Cole. With no Lamps or Deco around him it will be down to Joe to come up with something that little bit special and it could, if he takes his chance, be a great day for him. Make no mistake, as usual with sides that come to Stamford Bridge, Wolves will look to make it difficult for us to break them down. They have one or two doubts in their side but will look to stifle the blues.
So tomorrow its really important that we get the selection right, we are up for it and we get the three points.
Come on the blue boys!
