Sam Allardyce warns Chelsea about Swine Flu

Worrying news that has come from the weekend is the emergance of Swine Flu within the ranks of the Blackburn Squad and staff. Of course they were at the Bridge on Saturday and some of their players missed the 5-0 thrashing, but Sam Allardyce has warned Chelsea that a Swine Flue outbreak is inevitable at the Bridge!

Allardyce said: "It is one of the most infectious viruses we have had. You don't know where it has come from but they are not going to stop it are they?" However, it was his comments about the effects at Chelsea which were likely to cause the most alarm.

At one point Allardyce said that Joe Cole and Frank Lampard might have picked up the virus from his players. "There is no doubt about that," Allardyce responded when asked if he thought his team had now passed the strain on to Carlo Ancelotti's men. (Quote: Telegraph.co.uk)

At the moment the club haven't reported any such cases of Swine flu or players suffering with Swine Flu symptoms. Let's hope it stays that way!
