Its been reported today that Roman Abramovich has handed Carlo Ancelotti a transfer kitty of 100 Million Pounds this summer to rejuvenate our ageing squad. As i reported the other day Bruce Buck stated that there will be three players leaving Chelsea this summer and three players coming to the club.
Ever since this was published rumours have been circulating about who we are interested in and now its confirmed that Ancelotti has taken over it will intensify.
Two names already touted about the British Press this morning are David Villa and Frank Ribery. Villa has been mentioned on my blog before and so has Ribery.
Like i said, the rumours and stories about Chelsea will now go into overdrive. The best thing to do is wait and see. Already people are saying "Will he bring Kaka & Pirlo?" I have already made my own feelings clear on Pirlo and Kaka but as Ancelotti has now been confirmed all sorts of players will be linked.
But I think that one thing is clear and has been for the last 4 months. Roman has his hunger for our club back and he WILL spend this summer!
