Tomorrow Chelsea travel to the Stadium of Light to take on Sunderland in the final Premier League game of the season. Both teams come into the game with very, very different priorities and are both at the complete opposite of the scale.
Chelsea come into the game preparing for the FA Cup final next week and are set to go all out for the win for Guus Hiddink to finish the Premier League season in style. Sunderland have the possibility of relegation looming and will have one eye looking over their shoulder all game no matter what they say.
They have it in their own hands so they say, but we all know that tomorrow they will come unstuck against Chelsea so it will be down the other results that determine their future.
I simply can't see anything other than a Chelsea win tomorrow. Guus can't put out three different teams tomorrow and we will beat them, simple as that.
I was at the Bridge earlier in the season when we beat them 5-0 and it was easy, i expect tomorrow's game to be the same. We are playing well, looking strong and we will be looking to carry that forward into the game tomorrow. Guus' biggest worry will be who starts?
Good luck to Lamps tomorrow he has apologised to Chelsea fans for doing his utmost to score his 20th goal of the season last week at Blackburn. Let's hope he gets it tomorrow or in the Cup Final.
I personally would like to see us go three up with some time to play and bring on some youngsters as we had the chance to do that last weekend but didn't, but hey, who am I to complain about Guus' team selection.
Lets go there, play well and get the win and if they do down, they go down!
