Chelsea midfielder willing to leave on loan in January but with this stipulation?

Cesc Fabrgeas is being linked with a move away from Chelsea on loan in January. As a Chelsea fan reading these reports, how do you feel about the possibility?

In his defence, Cesc Fabregas’ season has not really started so far. Having missed out in recent weeks through injury, he has not had a chance to settle into the games as the others have done of late. This is in addition to being left out of the starting line up in the opening weeks of the season.

So to the speculation surrounding his future. There are many conflicting reports as there always seems to be when something which is potentially as massive as this could be, with differing views.

I have read reports that Fabregas is to leave on loan in January with a view to the move being made permanent in the summer, as the club would like to get rid of his huge salary and replace him with someone else who would be in Conte’s plans.

I have read reports that Fabregas has stated that he does not want to leave the club and is prepared to stay and fight for a first team place under Antonio Conte, and that Conte has been more than impressed with his attitude.

The recent report I have read in the Independent this morning states that Fabregas has accepted that he does not have a role to play and would be willing to move on loan in January but only to an elite level club.

I have posted recently that Fabregas could become the first casualty of our new 3-4-3 formation and it’s looking more and more like being the case. As you look at our team now and the shape of the side, you just cannot see him getting back involved.
