Frank Lampard on Chelsea: "Something has to change right now"

Frank Lampard, a guest pundit on SkySports Monday Night Football, has given his opinion on Chelsea's woes and believes that something has to change. I'm wondering if you agree?

His opinion is good and honest here. I agree that Jose Mourinho maybe looking at things and wondering what to do now. However, he makes alot of sense by asking the question what Chelsea are to gain if they decide to get rid of Jose Mourinho now.

Do we think that by getting someone else in, it could have a massive positive and turn our season around? Who would you get in?

If anything, it's the players that aren't doing it week in, week out and I hope that Chelsea decide to stick with Mourinho.

The thing is, I also agree that something has to change right now and I wonder what that is. Is it certain players? Is it the formation?
