EDEN HAZARD TO SIGN FOR CHELSEA - VIDEO OF HIM HERE.

So it seems that a Champions League win has persuaded Eden Hazard to come and sign for Chelsea. Hazard has confirmed on his Twitter account tonight that he has decided to "join the Champions League winner" and has turned his back on Manchester.

Now for all the talk of this kid, and there has been constant speculation, I have to admit I haven't seen alot of him. Joe Cole believes that he could be become "One of the best in the world" so I thought I would take a look at him.
