CHELSEA FANS STOP THE NEGATIVITY AND GET BEHIND THE TEAM!

I seriously cannot believe some of the negativity from our supporters at the moment about Roberto Di Matteo and our side!.

We are in the Semi Finals of the FA CUP and The Champions League with two games that couldn't be bigger in my opinion and are TWO points behind Spurs & Newcastle and just FOUR points behind Arsenal in third with BOTH Arsenal and Newcastle to play!.

Why is there so much doom and gloom for god sake? OK, they have easier run than we do but we all saw what happened at the weekend as Norwich beat Spurs on their own patch!.

YES, there has been some pretty below par performances of late against Benfica, Wigan and Fulham but we won two of them and drew the other one against a good Fulham side!.

I would like you all to cast your minds back to our last game against Andre Villas Boas when we lost 1-0 away at West Brom. We had no heart, no passion and hardly any desire and were a shadow of the side we see before ourselves now.

All I keep hearing is how people should go or we get rid of them, how we are just an average side compared to the others and how we haven't got a hope in hell against Spurs, against Barcelona and in finishing in the top four!.

Shall we just do what you lot think and give up now and go home?

The simple fact is, we have alot more than most to fight for. We have the strength, the power, the pace, the quality and the fight still left in us with the team of winners we have remaining at this club to fight on until the final whistle goes on the FA CUP, Champions League and fourth place so DO NOT WRITE US OFF YET!.

I understand everyone has an opinion and a right to their opinion. For the most part on here, regular readers will see I do let a lot of things go as I like to encourage debate, but some of you seem to be this constant funk about us, defeatist and downcast on us all the time!.

Please, please, please do me a favour. Sit back, take stock of the situation and embrace how far we have come with our "average" side, forget talk of who will stay and who will leave at the end of the season and just like RDM has had to, get behind the players we still have here between now and the end of the season.

You all know like I do, on our day we are a match for anyone. The players just like the supporters know the importance of the next few weeks so could do with everyone getting behind them.

I have had a moan once or twice, but you will find I am still right behind RDM, the players and what they are trying to achieve this season.

I just wish more of you were the same!
