Danny Sturridge scored AGAIN this past weekend and his form has been impressive ever since he came back here. In an interview published in The Guardian titled "Daniel Sturridge displays new maturity in Chelsea's win over Everton", Sturridge speaks of his form and how he is reminded to work hard every day.
He said:
What a fantastic attitude he has doesn't he!. He may have had a better game in a Chelsea shirt this season compared to Saturday, but once again he popped up with the important opening goal, always had Leighton Baines on the back foot and showed glimpses of exactly what he offers.
I tell you what, if Sturridge keeps as grounded as he appears to be, keeps the right attitude and keeps the same level of hunger and desire for the game and to learn the game as he is doing now, we have a star on our hands!

"When I was here before I was always upset, always down because I wasn't playing," said the striker. "I didn't love football the way I do now.(Guardian)
I came back [from Bolton and the summer's European Under-21 Championship] more confident because I'd been playing. I've matured. Playing regular first-team football does that for you. You become a more rounded person. I came back and I've been working even harder to make sure I got in the team, and I'm reminded constantly to keep going by my team-mates. They've taken me under their wing and said: 'You've got to keep working harder and not let this opportunity slip by.'"
