TORRES & CHELSEA THE TARGET FOR MIRROR COLUMNIST

An article has caught my eye today about Fernando Torres and after reading it, I really hope that Torres proves this idiot wrong. We all know that Torres has had problems with scoring goals for us for one reason or another, but this bloke has taken aim at Torres and Chelsea for that matter in his article published in The Mirror today.

The article states that Torres is now a part of the "graveyard" at Chelsea for strikers and his one goal against West Ham shouldn't count as they were relegated.

He even goes as far as making a joke about Torres after Drogba was injured. He said:

Torres helped Drogba recover from his sickening clash with the Norwich goalkeeper on Saturday.
When he regained consciousness Torres told him there was good news and bad news. “The good news is I’ve scored two goals for Chelsea,” he said. “The bad news is that it’s 2016.”

This bloke then finishes his article by offering odds with William Hill of 11-4 for Torres to finish the season by scoring fewer than six Premier League goals!.

It's obvious this bloke has nothing else better to do at the moment so he takes aim at an easy target which is Torres at the moment. Alot of people think the same including some Chelsea fans!

All I will say is, wait and watch Torres this season. The signings of Mata and Meireles are immense for him and once we get playing how AVB wants us to, Torres will be scoring goals for fun.

The next set of games can't come soon enough as far as I am concerned!
