Romelu Lukaku staying at Anderlecht after all?

We have all seen the speculation during the course of this season about Chelsea being linked with Romelu Lukaku the big 18 year old Anderlecht striker. Hailed as the "New Didier Drogba" it seems as though it only seemed a matter of time before we made our move. However, recent comments from the player himself seems to have dampened the speculation as he seems to be focusing on his current club in the immediate future rather than a move away. He said:

I hope we will make some big transfers. I still have a contract until 2015. I can still learn a lot at Anderlecht. I do not have an agreement with any other club whatsoever.

I have gone on record to say the figures being quoted for a possible move were ridiculous for a player who has no experience of playing in one of Europes top leagues and my opinion hasn't changed at all.

Chelsea can do better for the kind of money that has been reported and it seems as though maybe, Chelsea have decided to take their interest elsewhere.
