THE REASON there is all the fuss about Kalou?

Salomon Kalou has been the subject of press and media coverage ever since his interview was aired on Skysports News yesterday. Now I do not have permission to use the clip so you need to watch it here first and the key moment is half way through the interview. He is asked if the players want Carlo to stay so watch his reaction.

What he did say after his initial reaction was:

"We don't make the decision. We're here to play for the club. We're happy to work with anyone. That's for the board to decide. The players are going to give their best on the pitch and that's the most important thing."

Now you will understand why there has been all sorts of comments and debate on Chelsea websites, Twitter etc.

Granted, Kalou isn't probably the best person to ask about players wanting Carlo to stay after already stating his frustrations at a lack of first team football this season.

However, the press and everyone has jump on his immediate reaction to being asked and have more or less stated that this IS the general feeling which I am 100% certain it isn't.
