Sir Alex Ferguson has spoken ahead of the game Sunday and believes that home advantage will be key to getting a result for United. Fergie, as usual seems to forget that in the League we have a great record at OT and also, Chelsea will be in our tried and trusted 4-3-3 formation for this one. He said:
"Everyone's aware of the magnitude of Sunday's game and it's one we're looking forward to, Last Sunday's result has certainly brought an awareness to us of how important this game is and I think it's one of the reasons I had to pick the team I did on Wednesday. It's given us a fresh team for Sunday. It should be a fantastic match and if we win, we should win the league.
Our home form is a big advantage. That's the reason we're there, It's probably the best in Europe. Some of our performances at home have been absolutely terrific. Hopefully we get the result we want.
The result against us was the change for them, That gave them that lift from being out of the game to winning it and of course us losing to Arsenal on Sunday is going to open the door for them.
It's a hard league to win, we know because we've been involved in championship races for almost 19 years.
Confidence from Sir Alex but let's face it, you wouldn't expect anything less. However, I believe we have two key players that will make a difference tomorrow and they are David Luiz and Didier Drogba. Chelsea should be aware of the weaknesses I have pointed out in United and expose them on Sunday.
If these two have big big games for Chelsea, I can see us winning this one easily!
