Javier Hernandez has "fired a warning" to Chelsea that Wayne Rooney is "Gunning for you!". In an interview featured in The Sun, it seems that Hernandez has picked up the Manchester United mentality already after only being there for a short period of time. You know what I mean, the we are better than the rest of you mentality and if we lose it's everyone Else's fault but our own!.
Anyway, getting back to the interview he said:
"Wayne is in sensational form and this is an extra problem for Chelsea. He really wants to score in the London leg and he is super motivated for this one. The manager wants us to create a lot of chances in the away leg and make sure we score so we can tackle the return leg with more options.
The side with the best set of forwards will reach the semi-finals. Chelsea have an excellent attack, but our forwards are better.
That defeat by Chelsea in the league wasn't just. Our win over West Ham has improved our morale - it means we are much better placed to win the League.
Mentally we are very calm about facing Chelsea in Europe. We want to strike a blow at Stamford Bridge. That would be magnificent."
Their forwards are better?. We shall see. As for Rooney, I wouldn't be surprised, especially after what's happened to him in the last couple of days, if he was too fired up for the game and got himself sent off tomorrow night.
So if we listen to Hernandez, Fergie is pushing for an away goal. So I take it if they don't score they will feel as though it would be a disaster? I believe this IS the case!. If United do not score tomorrow they are under extreme pressure as I believe Chelsea WILL score in both games.
I have pointed out United's weaknesses. Let's hope Carlo and the players have spotted them and can capitalise at the Bridge and Old Trafford next week!.
Let's see just how calm United are if they go a goal down early!
