KAKA: Linked to Chelsea once again.

There is and has been one player who has constantly been linked with our club, more so since Carlo Ancelotti became our manager and that's Kaka. Back when it was rumoured that he would be leaving AC Milan we were linked with the player along with Man City and after a formal approach was made by City, he turned them down in favour of Real Madrid. We never really knew for definite just how serious Chelsea's "reported" interest was at the time.

Carlo came to our club and a possible link had been mentioned in passing as the press continue to focus on the players relationship with Ancelotti.

However, the rumour of Kaka to Chelsea seems to be gaining some momentum as the player, for one reason or another, has struggled to find his feet in Madrid. Hit by injury and a long recovery, Kaka now has to prove himself once again, this time to Jose Mourinho. It's not that simple this season as Real have bought in Ozil and Khedira from Germany after impressing in the World Cup and Kaka now has to accept being named on the bench.

There are rumours that Madrid are now prepared to take a hit and sell Kaka for a reported £25m fee. Apparently a "source" close to Chelsea said the deal "could happen" in the summer but once again is it to be seen if Chelsea make any moves for Kaka.


Imagine though if it was true. Kaka in our midfield behind Torres/Drogba next to Lampard!.
