Well that's what the rumour is going round at the moment if they want to buy David Luiz the 23-year old Brazilian centre half of Benfica!.

It's not the first time that Chelsea have been linked with him. For me there is no chance of Chelsea signing him or paying that amount of money for him.

Besides, he is also linked with Manchester City so the fact that Chelsea are rumoured to be interested will spark a stupid offer of scandalous amounts of money by them to try and sign him!.

The fee is ridiculous for someone who wouldn't walk straight into the side as we have JT, Alex and Ivanovic.

So don't believe this for a second!
