According to Goal.com Ricardo Carvalho could be the next player to leave us this summer. Carvalho has been reportedly spotted in Milan and this has started rumours that he could be Rafa Benitez's first signing for Inter.
It seems to me towards the end of last season under Hiddink and also the end of this past season under Ancelotti, its Alex who is favoured to play next to JT at the heart of our defence. With Ivanovic ready to step into the role if needed (when Bosingwa becomes available again) its seems that its more than likely that Riccy's time at Chelsea will come to an end.
The question is, should we let him go? What do you think?
(Don't forget to join in the debate about Drogba, Schneijder and the £20m player you want to see at Chelsea now!)
KTBFFH Everyone!
Well..well... I don't mind, if i could get a few millions and then invest it on another youngster... I don't really mind Riccy leaving!
ReplyDeleteWell he has served us well over the years, if he feels it is time to move on then all the best to him. I think he has maybe 1/2 years left in him at the top level but yeah I think the Bruno Alves move might become more of a reality now if he does in fact leave! Although we also still have Alex and Ivanovic he could move forward into filling his shoes!
ReplyDeleteTbh I would love to see Bruno Alves at the Bridge partnering Terry, it would be an excellent solid pairing quite possibly our best yet!
It’s not a problem.we have young stars(Mancienne,Hutchinson,Bruma,Chaloba...etc). D
